Ruyle Family Scholarship

The Ruyle Family Presidents Leadership Class Scholarship is provided through the Presidents Leadership Class (PLC). Recipients of the Ruyle Family Presidents Leadership Class Scholarship are awarded $10,000, and the scholarship is renewable for up to three years (totaling $40,000).

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
· Apply to and be accepted into the Presidents Leadership Class program
· Demonstrate significant financial need (per FAFSA)

Preferred qualifications include:
· First generation students
· From rural Colorado and attended and rural high school
· Affiliation with a federally recognized Indian Tribe from the Rocky Mountain region.
· Students from geographical and socioeconomic backgrounds historically underrepresented at the University of Colorado Boulder.

How to Apply

• Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application.
• Apply for and be selected for the Presidents Leadership Class, earning automatic consideration for the Ruyle Family Presidents Leadership Class Scholarship

How to Renew
· Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25
· Students must remain full-time, PLC, undergraduates at UCB
· Demonstrate continued significant financial need (per FAFSA)
· Fulfill all post-acceptance obligations including Ruyle Scholars community meetings
