Leon and Mitzi Shands Endowed Scholarship in Physics

The Leon and Mitzi Shands Endowed Scholarship is awarded to students in the Department of Physics who meet the following criteria:

• Current undergraduate student with a major in Physics or Engineering Physics
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated financial need as determined by the FASFA/CASFA.
• Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application.
• Complete this scholarship application by the deadline.

Preference will be given to non-traditional students, including students who are working full-time, supporting a family while going to school, or who have been graduated from high school or equivalent for 5 or more years.
