Phil Lobel Scholarship Fund
The Phil Lobel Scholarship is a scholarship provided through Program Council and the Center for Student Involvement. Receipients of the Phil Lobel Scholarship Scholarship are awarded for one year during of their term in the top position in the management structure of Program Council, and is not renewable but can be awarded for up to 6 semesters.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be the in the top position in the management structure of Program Council
- Be in good academic standing with the university
- Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Be a full or part-time student
- Be an in-state or out-of-state student
How to Apply
To apply for consideration, you must:
- Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application.
Submit your application by the posted deadline.
Renewal Criteria
This scholarship is not open for renewal applications. Renewal may be granted for those continuing in the top position in the management structure of Program Council. Scholarship may be received for a maximum of six semesters.

This scholarship aims to support the lived and individual experiences and achievements of first-generation college students.
