Alterio Motives Award

The Alterio Motives Award is provided through The Department of Theatre and Dance and the University of Colorado Boulder. Recipients of the Alterio Motives Award are awarded for one year. This is a one-time scholarship.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Incoming first-year, transfer, or current undergraduate enrolled full-time with a declared major in Theatre or Dance in the College of Arts & Sciences.

Preference will be given to dance students and students demonstrating a commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community and/or contributing to the advancement of
LGBTQIA+ equality. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community are encouraged to apply for scholarships from the Fund; however, an applicant’s sexual orientation and/or gender identity will not be considered a factor in the recipient selection process.

How to Apply

To apply for consideration, you must:

•Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application.
