Jack N. Hyatt Scholarship in Mathematics

To establish the Jack N. Hyatt Endowment in Mathematics to benefit the Department of Mathematics. Funds shall be used to provide scholarships or students who are majoring in Mathematics and planning on becoming secondary high school or junior high school math teachers or attorneys in the state of Colorado.

The Jack N. Hyatt Scholarship in Mathematics is provided through the Department of Mathematics and the University of Colorado Boulder. Recipients of the ack N. Hyatt Scholarship in Mathematics are awarded for one year. This is a one-time scholarship.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be a current undergraduate enrolled full time in the College of Arts & Sciences with a declared major in Mathematics.
  • Demonstrate Financial Need according to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or CASFA.
  • Students planning on becoming secondary high school or junior high school math teachers or attorneys in the state of Colorado.
