Positive Futures Scholarship in the Center for Cultural Connections and Community
The Positive Futures Scholarship is provided through the University of Colorado Boulder. Recipients of the Positive Futures Scholarship are awarded for one year. This is a $1,500 academic year scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS or who are involved in public health advocacy. To protect the privacy of scholarship winners, this is an award that can be given anonymously.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an undergraduate or graduate student who is enrolled full-time.
- Have been affected by HIV/AIDS OR are involved in public health advocacy.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
To apply for consideration, you must:
- Complete the CU Boulder Scholarship Application.
- Submit your application by the posted deadline.
These scholarships aim to support the lived and individual experiences and achievements of LGBTQ+ college students. This scholarship is open to qualified CU Boulder applicants and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, creed, religion, veteran status, marital status, political affiliation, political philosophy, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression in accordance with state, federal, and Regent law.
