Olive Madigan Scholarship in Arts & Sciences
The Olive Madigan Scholarship is provided through the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office. Recipients of the Olive Madigan Scholarship are awarded for one-year, and the scholarship is a one-time scholarship.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be a current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full time in the upcoming academic year with a declared major in the College of Arts & Sciences.
- Be a first-generation student.
- Have a cumulative CU GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Participate in extracurricular activities such as intramural athletics, student government, or volunteer activities on the CU Boulder campus.
- Demonstrate financial need according to the FASFA or CASFA.
To apply for consideration, you must:
• Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application
• Complete this application by the deadline.
Preference is given to a resident of Illinois; however, if there is no qualified candidate from Illinois, the award is given to another qualified in-state or out-of-state candidate.
