James W. C. White Dean's Advisory Board Endowed Scholarship Fund
The James W. C. White Dean’s Advisory Board Endowed Scholarship Fund is provided through the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office and the Dean’s Advisory Board. Recipients of the James W. C. White Dean’s Advisory Board Endowed Scholarship Fund are awarded for one-year, and the scholarship is a one-time scholarship.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an incoming first-year undergraduate student enrolled full-time in the upcoming academic year with a declared major in the College of Arts & Sciences.
- Be a resident of Colorado.
- Be a first-generation and/or underrepresented college student. Underrepresented students include those students from geographic areas and socioeconomic backgrounds who are historically underrepresented in the fields of Arts and Sciences, and/or students who have faced unusual adversity.
- Demonstrate financial need according to the FASFA or CASFA.
- Participating in MASP, A&S Residential Academic Program, or similar.

To apply for consideration, you must:
• Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application
This scholarship requires an interview. Interviews and award notification will occur in the summer term. Selected recipients are encouraged to attend board luncheons in the fall and spring.
