To provide meaningful financial support to undergraduate students and incoming or current graduate students enrolled at Western Michigan University, Michigan State University, the University of Colorado, and the University of Wisconsin. Must be a permanent resident of Kalamazoo County or a graduate of a high school within Kalamazoo County.
