Dr. John C. Cottrell Endowment Scholarship in Arts & Sciences

The Dr. John C. Cottrell Endowment Scholarship is provided through the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office. Recipients of the Dr. John C. Cottrell Endowment Scholarship are awarded for one-year, and the scholarship is a one-time scholarship.

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

• Be a current undergraduate student enrolled full-time in the upcoming academic year with a declared major in the College of Arts & Sciences and Pre-Health Certification or majoring in public health.
• Demonstrate academic merit.
• Demonstrate the six C’s of Character: conscience, courage, consideration, compassion, confidence, and control.
• Be on a pre-medical track intending to become a physician.

How to Apply
To apply for consideration, you must:

• Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application
• Complete the CAS Scholarship Application for Continuing Students.
