John H. "Jack" Hodges Scholarship in Mathematics

To establish the John H. “Jack” Hodges Endowed Scholarship Fund to benefit the Department of Mathematics. Funds shall be used to provide
scholarship support to undergraduate students who are studying mathematics.

The John H. “Jack” Hodges Endowed Scholarship Fund is awarded to students who meet the following criteria:

• Current undergraduate enrolled full time in the College of Arts & Sciences with a declared major in Mathematics.
• Demonstrated financial need as determined by the FASFA/CASFA.
• Submit the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application and the A&S Scholarship Application.
• Complete the College of Arts & Sciences Scholarship Application.

Students should be in good academic standing and preference for juniors and seniors.
