David and Cecilia Chang Scholarship Fund for Engineering Leadership

The David and Ceclila Chang Scholarship is available to undergradaute students are are on track to complete the Engineering Leadership Program Certificate. Students must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and complete 24 credits each academic year to remain eligible for this scholarship.
