Eugene X. and Sheri S. Tepper Scholarship

The Eugene X. and Sheri S. Tepper Scholarship Fund was established with preference to undergraduate students who are single parents, or who have assumed childcare responsibilities for younger sibling(s) as a result of becoming orphaned, to assist them in furthering their education. Undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need and had to work during high school to help support their families, or care for younger siblings to enable parents to work, will also be considered.

To be considered, applicants must:

• Submit the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application by deadline
• Be an undergraduate student enrolling full-time at CU Boulder
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Be a single parent or have assumed childcare responsibilities for younger sibling(s) as a result of becoming orphaned [first preference]
• Or, have helped support the family by working to contribute to the household income, or caring for siblings to enable parents to work [second preference].

The scholarship is a renewable award which you can receive for up to a maximum of 4 years (8 semesters) total provided you:

• Enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester;
• Maintain a minimum 2.00 cumulative GPA;
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
