Paduano Family Scholarship in Philosophy
The Paduano Family Scholarship is awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
To be considered for this scholarship you must:
- Be a current undergraduate student majoring in Philosophy.
- Complete the CU Boulder General Scholarship Application.
- Demonstrated financial need as determined by the FASFA/CASFA.
- Complete this application by the deadline.
In composing the personal statement, applicants should comment on their particular interests and projects in philosophy and elaborate on any circumstances they would like the selection committee to consider, including lived personal experience, academic awards or honors, and involvement in community outreach.
Applicants for the Paduano Family Scholarship should also consider applying for the Morris Judd Scholarship, as well.
The scholarship is awarded based on both merit and financial need, with need more strongly weighted.
This scholarship aims to support the lived and individual experiences and achievements of first-generation college students.
