Michael Hoelscher Memorial Scholarship

The Michael Hoelscher Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one rising junior or senior member of the Presidents Leadership Class demonstrating the character and leadership of the late Michael Hoelscher (PLC 1987). After his passing on Mt. Kilimanjaro, his parents, Lee and Joan Hoelscher, siblings and friends, dedicated an annual financial award to one student of the Presidents Leadership Class who, through school and extra-curricular work, demonstrates a quest for learning, a true concern for others, a diversity of experience on and off campus, and does all of this with goal-oriented determination. To qualify for this scholarship you must have a minimum sophomore or junior cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. The $2000/year award will be allocated the following academic year.
