Rebecca V. Knoettge Memorial Scholarship Endowment

This award provides fellowships to graduate students in the MFA and PhD programs in the English Department at the University of Colorado Boulder, in memory of Rebecca Knoettge.
Up to two (2) fellowship awards, each up to $2,700, will be given to students within the PhD program who have not yet taken the comprehensive exam. Up to two (2) fellowship awards, each up to $2,700, will be given to graduate students within the MFA program. Each award will be distributed and applied to the student’s fall 2022 tuition bill. If the winner graduates before fall 2022, the award will be forfeited.

Qualifications
• English PhD student in pre-comprehensive exam “C” status during the 2022-23 academic year.
• Graduate students in the Creative Writing program in their first 1-3 years of the program.
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing.
